So far, we're very happy with it! The first few days we had some trouble with it not coming on when we need it to, but that seems to have worked itself out. We've found it very easy to adjust the temperature to whatever we want, and love having an endless supply of hot water. Plus everybody we mention it to thinks it's really cool that we have it!

The system works well. My only negative comment is that I did not realize that it had a pump. Because it was mounted on a framed wall instead of a foundation wall, the vibrations from the pump are audible in our family room when it is running. It is a minor thing, but it would be better if we did not hear it at all. Overall, we are happy with your work and the people who are doing other work for us have told us that you did a good job and put it in the right way. We are also enjoying having the additional storage space in the utility room. So, I am not sure you would want to put this note on a website, but I hope the information is useful to you. Overall we are happy with it and think it’s a good addition to our house.

It has been working perfectly! Both kids are taking showers at the same time in the morning without any problems. On occasion I have noticed that the water will get cold briefly and then back to hot, but have not identified why. I am very much looking forward to my naysayer in-law’s visit at Christmas, so I can show it off and they can see first hand that it really does work and it just keeps on working shower after shower. Also, good job on the install it, you guys did a great job.
